Payments
All orders shipping to Illinois will be charged the state required tax on product and shipping.
SHIPPING AND IN-STORE PICK-UP
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you chose in-store pick-up, you will receive an email when your order is ready. You can pick up your order at Festive Collective at 3279 W Armitage Ave, Chicago, IL 60647.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or accommodate exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please send images and info via email.
Wholesale

Items lost in the mail
If you have tracked your order and it is marked as delivered but you haven't actually received it, here's what you'll need to do... First thing you should do is ask your neighbors and roommates. If no one received the package by mistake you'll need to contact your local post office to see if your package was delivered to their location. If your package has not been delivered there, you'll need to open a missing package case.
Once you open the missing package case, you'll be issued a case number and once you have this number, you can send an email to info@chrisuphues.com with this information. Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist you without this case number.
All missing package issues need to be addressed within 30 days of the order date or we will be unable to assist you.
Discount Codes and Sales
Discount codes and sales do not apply to the one-of-a-kind or handmade items. If you add a code, we'll need to cancel your order.
